Low pres will move NE up the eastern Seaboard Mon...passing S of Nantucket Tue. A weak high pres ridge will nose across the waters from the Maritimes Wed. Another low pressure system may develop off the mid Atlantic coast on Thursday...with a likely track east of Cape Cod Friday morning.
